Salon Etiquette For Suki Staff And Guests
At Suki Hairdressing, our staff members follow a strict code of conduct and a standard set of salon etiquette guidelines to ensure that every individual is greeted with a proper welcome and on time. We expect our hairdressers to follow our salon etiquette to ensure that every client is welcomed properly and on time and enjoys a bespoke, welcoming, and pampered experience with us. Our salon management team further asks that every client observes these etiquette guidelines as well.
- Please note our operating hours listed here Please ensure prompt arrival for your appointment as late arrivals affect other clients and our daily time management.
- We kindly ask that you adhere to our salon etiquette guideline, which requires appointment cancellations to be made well in advance and done so within our operating times. This allows us to book another client in your timeslot. Short notice with regards to cancellation will result in a cancellation fee payable by the client.
- If you bring your child or children with you to the salon, please ensure that they are kept entertained for the duration of your appointment. Non-entertained, hungry, and tired children do create distractions which we tried to avoid in our calm and tranquil salon, so providing sufficient entertainment, food, and beverages for your little ones is much appreciated.
- As stipulated within our salon etiquette guidelines, all clients must be polite, courteous and are asked to keep their cellphones and devices silent to avoid the disruption of the tranquil, relaxed salon environment we have created. Please respect our staff members as well as other clients who are enjoying a relaxed appointment at the same time as you.
- Our salon etiquette guidelines also stipulate the intentional care of clients’ and staff members’ attire. For clients who have scheduled a colour appointment, help our colourists to avoid damage to your garments during rinsing and colouring by changing into an older top at our salon change rooms. Please also avoid wearing light-colored, white, and high collared tops.
- Please make use of our change rooms here at the salon as well as our Suki gowns. As per our salon etiquette guidelines, please leave the changing rooms neat and tidy.
- While we do not take responsibility for any clothing or personal items, please ensure all clothing items and personal items are kept safe and in your personal view.
- All clients are encouraged to read the Sustainable Practices section below and to act in a sustainable way that promotes positive outcomes.
